Paralegal – Personal Injury Department – Ref: PARA/PI 

We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Personal Injury department.

This is an interesting and challenging role and the successful candidate will be assisting a Partner with his caseload.This role involves checking medical records, preparing bundles, producing correspondence and documentation, liaising with clients, undertaking research work, attending meetings and providing general administrative support.

The successful candidates will have a good academic background (Law degree is essential) and a year or more relevant paralegal experience. Along with being a strong team player, candidates should be able to deal with clients in a sympathetic and compassionate manner. The successful applicant will be conscientious, computer-literate with excellent literacy skills. A positive attitude and an active interest in claimant personal injury work are advantageous.

Start date: ASAP
This is a permanent, full-time role.

Claimant Assistant Solicitor – Personal Injury Department - Ref: AS/PI/SM

We are currently seeking a Claimant Assistant Solicitor to join our Personal Injury department.

The ideal candidate will possess 4 years or more relevant work experience although all applications will be considered. The successful applicant will hold a responsible position assisting a Partner on high value complex cases. The work will primarily focus on brain injuries. Experience in multi-track work is essential as well as experience in acting on behalf of Claimants (as opposed to defendants).

This is a busy and demanding role and a high standard of performance is expected, with the ability to deal sensitively with clients and experts. The successful applicant will have strong knowledge of law, good IT skills and be an effective communicator. Strong written & verbal skills are a must have, along with the ability to manage tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner. A proven commitment to the type of work we do would be an advantage.

Start date: Immediate

We are currently seeking a Paralegal to join our Complex Claims department.
