fpa has worked with Leigh Day & Co on several important reproductive health care cases including the successful outcome, in 2004, of a Judicial Review on securing equal access to termination of pregnancy services in Northern Ireland. They helped to build a unique case which clarified Northern Ireland’s abortion laws and which will help to end the discrimination of those women legally entitled to an abortion in Northern Ireland.
