Anne WinyardPartner

Anne specialises in clinical negligence claims involving serious disability or death. 

She qualified in 1977 and joined Leigh Day & Co as a partner in 1992 from Fisher Meredith. Her specialisation includes cases where adults and children have suffered brain damage as a result of medical treatment.

Anne's publications include chapters in both, "Medical Negligence" (Powers and Harris) and "Safe Practice in Obstetrics and Gynaecology" (Clements). She is also a regular speaker at medico-legal conferences and seminars.

She is a member of Action for Victims of Medical Accidents, The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and ATLA.
