Rebecca Smith (Fellow APIL) heads the Polish work department and assists Sally Moore in the serious injury department. She has over 20 years experience in representing seriously injured claimants in high value, complex claims including head/brain injury, spinal injuries, and psychiatric injury. Her work covers all aspects of claims: accidents at work, occupiers and public liability matters, with a particular interest in more complex liability cases.
