Jacqueline Cursiter – Scottish solicitor

Jacqueline is a Scottish qualified solicitor in the international and group claims department. 
 
Jacqueline studied law at The University of Edinburgh.  She completed her training contract in December 2010 with Digby Brown LLP in Scotland where she continued to work on qualifying.  During this time she dealt with a range of cases involving personal injury and more general insurance disputes in relation to property damage.  She is currently in the process of completing her conversion exams to qualify as an English Solicitor.
 
Jacqueline joined Leigh Day & Co in January 2012 and works with Jill Paterson, dealing with a wide range of cases and specialising in product liability.
