Brian is a solicitor working with Bozena Michalowska-Howells in the international and group claims department specialising in product liability and group claims.
Brian read Law at Queen’s University, Belfast and completed his training contract with Joseph F McCollum & Company Solicitors in Northern Ireland. During his training contact Brian developed a particular interest in personal injury, and upon qualifying in September 2009, Brian remained with this firm as an assistant solicitor representing claimants with differing degrees of disability arising from RTA, criminal injury, employers liability and public liability claims.
Brian joined Leigh Day & Co in April 2011 and currently works on a number of defective product claims including Acomplia and the high-profile DePuy ASR hip claims.
Brian is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers
