Phil joined the cycling and sports injury team at Leigh Day at the end of October 2008.
He undertook his training contract with Barnes and Partners Solicitors in Hertfordshire and qualified as a solicitor in September 2007. He spent much of his training contract in the personal injury department and also assisted a partner in the firm’s litigation department.
Phil handles his own caseload of cycling claims and works for partner Penny Knight, in assisting her on her most complicated cases. Phil has a particular interest in cases involving uninsured and untraced drivers.
