Pauline is an assistant solicitor specialising in personal injury litigation, group actions and international claims. She works alongside Martyn Day in the international and group claims department.

Since joining Leigh Day in 2007, Pauline has worked on a number of high profile cases including a case against a multinational oil trader Trafigura on behalf of 30,000 Ivorians allegedly injured from the dumping of toxic waste and cases against the Ministry of Defence on behalf of Iraqi citizens alleged to have been unlawfully tortured by British soldiers.

Pauline has a particular interest in international human rights litigation against multinational corporations and the government. She previously studied French and English law at King’s College before completing an LLM in Human Rights Law at University College London.
