Meera Lachani joined Leigh Day as a solicitor in the specialist product liability team, part of the firm’s international and group claims department.
Meera assists Bozena Michalowska-Howells in representing over 300 UK claimants who have suffered considerably as a result of being implanted with defective metal on metal hip components in the high-profile DePuy ASR and Pinnacle hip claims
Prior to joining Leigh Day, Meera read law at Queen Mary, University of London and was admitted as a solicitor in 2010. Meera joined the firm from Prince Evans Solicitors LLP and has successfully represented claimants who have sustained a range of personal injuries as a result of non-fault accidents at work and on the road, from all across the UK.
Meera is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
