In 1999, the Federation of Poles in Great Britain asked Leigh Day & Co. to work with them to bring a claim against the German Government on behalf of former slave labourers of the Nazi’s.
 
In December 1941, the Japanese overran most of the far-east and in doing so took tens of thousands of allied troops and civilians into captivity. Three years of living hell ensued.
