Paul Callinan has successfully concluded his claim for personal injury compensation.
Paul is currently a 3rd Cat
cyclist who sustained a rotator cuff injury and soft tissue injuries to his right hip and knee as a result of a road traffic accident, which occurred on 5 February 2004.
On the day of the accident Paul had been cycling along the Brockley Grove Road, Lewisham, at approximately 17.40 hours when he was hit by a third party motorist. At the scene of the accident the motorist produced false contact details to Paul and unfortunately police enquiries subsequently failed to trace the responsible motorist.
Paul’s claim was successfully pursued via the Motor Insurers Bureau (MIB) under the Untraced Drivers’ Agreement.
