Specialist personal injury law firm Leigh Day & Co has just released this statement:
"29 patients from around the UK have resolved their outstanding litigation with DePuy International Limited, an orthopaedic implant manufacturer. Leigh Day & Co issued proceedings on behalf of the Claimants in May 2003. The matter has been satisfactorily resolved by agreement of the parties. The provisions of that resolution are confidential between the parties."
