Personal injury specialist Christine Tallon has secured the sum of £4000 in compensation for a child who sustained minor physical injuries but serious psychiatric injury from which he has thankfully now largely recovered. This followed his involvement in a traumatic accident in which a driver lost control of his car and mounted the pavement along which he was walking with his grandfather. His grandfather’s swift action in sweeping the child into the air at the moment of impact avoided him sustaining far more serious injuries.
